Nick has been a dedicated Personal Trainer since 2004 and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2007.
As one of the early pioneers of mobile Exercise Physiology for older adults, he has spent nearly two decades transforming lives through movement, prevention and evidence-based care.
Specializing in functional capacity improvement, fall prevention, and maintaining independence, Nick’s work has helped countless seniors remain active, confident, and in their own homes longer.
His approach is compassionate, client-focused, and rooted in proven methods - empowering every individual to move better, feel stronger, and live more fully.
Nick also has a keen interest in working within a clinical studio setting.
Since 2008, he has been based in Potts Point, providing specialized care in WorkCover rehabilitation, Medicare-funded services, injury recovery, muscle development, and weight loss.
In 2020, he opened his first studio in Potts Point - a space dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised Exercise Physiology.
Now, Nick is proud to expand his services with the opening of a new, larger studio in the heart of Potts Point.

Curtis is an experienced Exercise Physiologist from Northern Ireland, currently serving as the Primary Health Organization Manager at Ultimate Conditioning Pty Ltd. With a strong background in clinical exercise and health studio management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
Curtis has managed health and fitness studios in both Northern Ireland and Melbourne, developing extensive experience working alongside allied health practitioners. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of integrated care have made him a valuable asset in multi-disciplinary health settings.
Passionate about helping individuals improve their movement, strength, and overall well-being, Curtis is committed to delivering evidence-based, client-focused health solutions. Callan is an experienced Physiotherapist with a strong passion for working with the elderly. With over 10 years of experience leading the physiotherapy department at one of Sydney’s premier nursing homes, he has built a reputation for providing compassionate, effective care tailored to the unique needs of older adults.
Now part of the team at Ultimate Conditioning Pty Ltd, Callan focuses on one-on-one physiotherapy, offering personalised treatment for clients who need dedicated support. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine care, aiming to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall quality of life.
Callan has a particular interest in falls prevention and rehabilitation, helping clients regain confidence and independence after injury or periods of reduced mobility. Through targeted therapy and ongoing support, he works to reduce risk, restore function, and support long-term wellbeing.
Max specialises in triathlon performance, geriatric health, and sports conditioning. He has a focus on evidence-based practice. Max helps clients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and enhance athletic performance. He works with individuals of all ages, tailoring exercise programs to meet specific needs and goals.
Max offers services at the Potts Point clinic and through mobile visits across Sydney. His areas of expertise include exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, geriatrics, injury prevention, and triathlon training.
Mark is a qualified Physiotherapist and experienced Personal Trainer, bringing a well-rounded approach to health, movement, and recovery. Based in Potts Point, he combines clinical expertise with practical fitness knowledge to help clients move better, recover faster, and achieve lasting results.
You'll find Mark working with clients at Ultimate Conditioning's Potts Point clinic, or delivering convenient home visits for those who prefer care in the comfort of their own space. His focus is on personalised treatment, functional strength, and empowering clients to reach their goals—whether that’s rehabilitation, injury prevention, or overall fitness.
AEPs are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Pathology domains covered by the services of AEPs include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status.

Jeff Tait lost 6.3kgs in only 8 weeks with Ultimate Conditioning. He also lost 4 cm off his waist! Jeff's training consisted of a mix of high intensity supersetted weight sessions and also boxing sessions which he enjoyed the most.
Nick helped train Triple M's Wil Anderson and Anthony Lehmo in their “Slabs to Abs” challenge. The boys lost an impressive 8kgs each in only 5 weeks and absolutely loved the experience.
